@RamCares please share with the big bosses that many of us are extremely disappointed at the slow rollout and feature that was advertised (and presumably incorporated into the cost of the truck) for a feature we cannot use. And @Ganooch , I know, I know…be patient.

I think Ram should send EVERY RHO owner that is supposed to have had this feature included a Mopar tuner (if it ever releases) to make up for their massive failure and lack of accountability. Should also extend the warranty on the '25s to 10/100k.

At this point they're pissing on us without the courtesy of calling it rain.

Of course not.....that would be acknowledgement that they fucked up and they're aware we all KNOW it and they don't care. Apparently no one has filed a law suit yet so they're not the slightest bit concerned.

But to be fair to Hannah since she's the voice of @RamCares here.....would you want to reply to a bunch of pissed off people that paid this much money for a vehicle that doesn't offer everything the manufacturer promised? She obviously doesn't have anymore answers than we do. She's simply the "whipping boy."

For the folks that were lucky enough to get the update, how did you know? I opened up the app today and much to my surprise, I got a "please wait, your services are being updated" message! I thought, finally!! But no dice.

Yes the truck needs to receive update first. It will ask for update after certain drives when it's ready. If you don't accept update that day I noticed it won't ask for few days and it also doesn't ask after certain distance drives.

Also make sure you have wifi software updates turned off in settings.

Why do you have wifi software updates turned off in settings? I thought that was how the truck received the update.

From past experience owning ram trucks if I had wifi updates turned on and when I parked and wifi never connected in time it won't ask for update. It only ask you if you want to update within seconds when you turn off the truck. So by having it off it will send updates no matter where you are over the air.

I had always thought that if that options was off you would not receive OTA updates at all.

But now that I think about it... without being connected to my home wifi, the RAM app updates my remaining gas, last trip, tire pressure, etc etc. So it has to be communicating via cellular is my guess.

I'm not sure my truck went through about 4 updates and after I turned on wifi updates for 4 months or so and never received anything. When ram announced they send out digital key I turned off that option about 1 week after announcement and same day when I arrived to pick up my son from his after school it asked me to update. I clicked yes and had to wait a little since couldn't drive. Could be just a coincidence but I'm assuming like before with my 4+ ram trucks that it still having problems sending updates with that enabled.

Could be just my situation since my truck parked often in driveway and even in garage my Wi-Fi is very spotty. Maybe people with good wifi connection have different experiences. For me it definitely works better during drives over the air download.

I second this! Mine was built in Dec. ‘24. And gave you my VIN. Nothing yet.

This is just pathetic... they put forth critieria for who would be amoung the first to get the roll out... and it seems none of us who meet it seem to have been part of the roll out!
