@RamCares hey Chris, if we send you our VIN can we get this pushed to the trucks ahead of schedule? I'm a late 2025 build model year 2026. At this rate I'll be dead before I get the update. I would make some sense to push it to those who ask for it and might use vs a lot of folks who probably could care less.

I submitted my VIN very early in the digital key rollout process and still haven’t received any update. Can you provide any status or timeline on when this feature will be available for my truck?

On top of that, I’ve continued to experience multiple issues with my 2025 Ram RHO since delivery — including recurring system faults and reliability concerns. It’s been a frustrating ownership experience so far.

It would be great to finally have something go right with this truck, and getting access to the digital key feature would at least be a step in the right direction.

Sent you the vin twice over the last year, the only thing you are doing is trying to control us with hope. You are full of sh1t. Tired of getting treated like a sucker. You told me through DM you found a part and to let the dealer know about it coming in to them for the towing recall. That was a lie because the dealer has no clue, now my locks dont lock but the dealer do not answer calls and their machines are full, only way to talk to them is going in. I think Carvana is about to have the last Stellantis vehicle I ever buy.

The one talking about litigation is you, I for one do not think is worth it for this issue. I am just making a point that no one is that untouchable. As long as you summon their registered agent for the state and not a dealer they have to show up.

It is not the person on the other end of the RamCares account that has screwed you over. Maybe you should think about where you are directing your frustrations. Talking to RamCares like this on the forum is only going to cause them to stop coming over here to offer solutions and help for other issues.

We pay alot for these trucks, I for one was offended at him lying to me through the DM. The dealer never was contacted by ramcare as he said, and then he lied in the forum about talking to me. Then he edited the post after I immediately posted his DM to me. Chris is a liar, he represents RamCare, therefore RamCare is lying.
No idea what the Navy has to do with anything, but maybe attacking me fir defending myself gets you a lollipop to suck on.
