nothing here.. i was one of the first to submit my VIN as well.. now I have the slack in drive shaft issue.. Never ending RHO woes @RamCares.

There hasn't been one reported issue with the ones that have actually received the update. It's past time to release a feature we paid for.

I filed a complaint with Stellantis Canada 3 weeks ago - false advertising etc. They have done zero. I think collectively we all need to complain. And let me be clear - it’s just a small feature - but a feature that was advertised with the vehicle - and wasn’t delivered as advertised. Apple just got smacked in the US in a Class action over advertised features that didn’t get delivered. It’s a principle thing to me and the way they blow everyone off is even worse.

This is one of the features and selling points of this truck for me (besides how kick ass this truck is.) The website it deceiving people such as me. Can we please get this update.

I'm surprised you guys still didn't get it by now. They activated it for me in February I believe so got a chance to use it for a while before selling the truck in April.

For me the damn gremlins in the Android auto and other electronic glitches are a bigger problem than the remote key.

I have named my RHO Greta, which was the female gremlin in Gremlins, after my long road trip dealing with the constant Android auto connection issue.

@RamCares any chance some of these issues are ever going to be addressed, instead of kicking the can down the road?

Some people have. Story is they are slowly rolling it out starting with 2025 models built in 2024. I think they are doing like 5k at a time. Either way it is a terrible way to do business. I dont think we will ever see it…or at least I wont since mine was a late 2025 built 2026 model.

Mine is a 2025 delivered in Dec 2024. Sent my VIN to Ram(doesn't)Care last October per their request to get on the rollout list. Got confirmation from them that VIN received. Still nothing.

I agree it's a terrible way to do business. How the hell do you advertise a feature that doesn't even work? And continue to do so for 2 years? So unethical. An admission of failure and an apology would go a long way, but I'm certain they don't have the guts or morals to do it.

Yep. Ive had it about 3 months now. Works great so far. Sometimes it doesn't recognize the phone if it's in your pocket. Other then that it works as it should.

Sold for $73500, level 1 about 9k miles. Was making big purchase so needed some down payment money but not bad for about 16 months of ownership and basically lost taxes. I purchased it new for 73,2xx msrp was $85k. I'm either going with 27 rho or power wagon. All depends mostly what colors they will have.
