Digital Key Activation

This is what pops up when I put my phone next to the NFC reader where the wireless charging port is. I open up the Ram app and doesn’t show me a “Digital Key Tile” so I guess my Uconnect isn’t ready for this either.

Yep. My truck build date was Dec. 2024. I took delivery Jan 2025. I was one of the first guys to send my VIN to ram cares back in the day when they first asked. I've followed up with them multiple times. Still nada. Ridiculous at this point.

Same. Vin sent. Still nothing.

Ditto here also. 2025 MY. Delivery Dec 2024. Sent VIN within 2 days of their post also. Got confirmation they received it. Nothing but empty promises ever since.

lol wow I decided to try that and sent a few emails and one apparently got to the right person. Got a few updates on my ram app telling me there has been changes to my garage or w/e, but it hasn’t shown up yet though but I feel like something is happening.

EDIT: Just clarifying I removed the names and numbers to prevent these people from getting blown up if they don’t get it added. If it works I’ll share who I emailed and who just called me.

Fired them an email as well. I simply asked them to light a fire under someone’s ass and fix this ridiculous situation.
