lol wow I decided to try that and sent a few emails and one apparently got to the right person. Got a few updates on my ram app telling me there has been changes to my garage or w/e, but it hasn’t shown up yet though but I feel like something is happening

Curious if there is something that the dealers do when enrolling the vehicles in the system that activates available options unique to each VIN. I bought my RHO used but the digital key was available as soon as the vehicle was assigned to me as a verified owner.

After emailing them yesterday this is what shows in my app now (which I haven’t checked in months). I’m away and can’t test it in my truck, does that mean I have it?

Glad you guys got it working! Would someone please DM me the contact info for the folks who got you successfully set up with the digital key? I've had my RHO since Dec 2024 and I'm still waiting. Yes, over a year and a half. Sent my VIN to Ramcares last October and got nothing at all from them ever since.

Ha, I emailed ol Tim and got a call back from an assigned assistant who said she is going to work with her technical specialist and my dealer to get mine working. She admittedly said she doesn't understand how it works but will be my personal POC. my issue has always been that i do not have the function on my app, so as long as they can push that, i should be good to go right?

It is my understanding they push the ability up the app. It won't appear until they authorize the truck to have it.

Well. I can attest the email to Tim works. Sent yesterday and today a manager from FCA Canada called me and will be handling the case personally. Interesting. We shall see what occurs.
