Mine starts the process but never gets past “connecting”. Am I doing something wrong?
Your truck shows the sales code GX6S (Smartphone as key capable). That’s different from a few RHO VINs that I looked up (which is GX6P). Not sure what the difference is in real life, but it is definitely not the same code.
Now I’m curious if there are any differences in the RHO sales codes for that. I guess I’d need a few VINs from those who have and haven’t had it enabled.

GX6P. But it has a note that says, "deny - reason code: SMTM".
I had to look that one up, and it stands for "Social Media Trouble Maker".

For anyone wondering what this code means:
The Stellantis sales/option code GX6P refers to the Smartphone As A Key Capable feature. It allows the driver to use a compatible mobile device to lock, unlock, and start the vehicle. This option is commonly found on trucks like the Ram 1500. [1, 2, 3]
Let’s back up a second. As I recall, Ram was only enabling CY2025 builds.

Seems clear that all the RHO’s have the same code. I guess it’s either the build date that matters, or some other random factor that we don’t understand.
