Same here! Everyday is like waiting for the Jelly of the month, I open the app and hopeful it will be there, but it’s not. One day!

I have the digital key option in the app and on the truck. Haven't had a chance to try it out. Picked up my truck used (2025 with Lvl 1 options). Curious how they are determining the roll out. I read somewhere RHOs with Lvl 1 get it first but I see @yoda33073 has a '25 Lvl 1 but its not avaialble.

Yep. My truck build date was Dec. 2024. I took delivery Jan 2025. I was one of the first guys to send my VIN to ram cares back in the day when they first asked. I've followed up with them multiple times. Still nada. Ridiculous at this point.I have the digital key option in the app and on the truck. Haven't had a chance to try it out. Just out of curiosity did your u connect update anytime recently or last few months ? I always had wifi update turned on because I know with my previous 4 rams trucks that if I select that the truck will never ask to update. Since I knew they were randomly already sending out digital keys to select trucks I waited about a week and turned off updates over wifi. During my next long enough drive I guess truck download update and when I turn it off asked me to update. Next morning I woke up and I had digital key available in the app.

just so I understand, turning OFF WiFi update helped? Do you also disconnect from your home wifi? Mine connected to the house when I'm in the driveway. I thought that would be the best way to make sure I get updates
Well from my experience with many ram trucks is when I had wifi updates on and truck connected to WiFi it would never update. Also my garage would have very spotty coverage so that could be big reason. What's good with having wifi updates off is when you out on the drive truck would just download any updates during drive over the air. Another tip 5-10 minutes drives to store or something would not work but if I had 20-30 minutes drive most drives I would get updates.

Did you get a notification that an update was pending or being downloaded? Just curious if I would know it was happening while it was happening
No just u connect screen telling me if I want to update when I arrive at destination and shut off the truck. If you didn't accept and opened the door the message will disappear and will only ask again on next longer drive but not same day.

Thats crazy. Ill try to find out what my build date is. Wonder what Uconnect version you are on.
I got that. I connected to my cellphone Hotspot then I just parked, turned off the truck and left my phone in the door while in the gym. Worked fine.
I’m on the same boat. Have had WiFi on since day one thinking it would be better and faster. I’ve called support and basically they say it’s a rollout. I’ve owned this truck for over a year now and was a big selling feature as my daily driver is a Telsa Model S plaid and I love no keys, just my phone and app with a keycard as backup.

I have a 2026 RHO Level 1 with a digital key.
I have started to use it and it works.
However, I get a key has left message in digital display if I open a door with the digital key left in the truck.

I’m curious how your 2026 has it but many here with 2025 don’t. Supposed to be a rollout starting with the earliest built trucks first…..

I think you’re talking about the key card. You’re correct that they do come with the truck.
The phone as a key is a different function.
This is what pops up when I put my phone next to the NFC reader where the wireless charging port is. I open up the Ram app and doesn’t show me a “Digital Key Tile” so I guess my Uconnect isn’t ready for this either.
