We pay alot for these trucks, I for one was offended at him lying to me through the DM. The dealer never was contacted by ramcare as he said, and then he lied in the forum about talking to me. Then he edited the post after I immediately posted his DM to me. Chris is a liar, he represents RamCare, therefore RamCare is lying.
No idea what the Navy has to do with anything, but maybe attacking me fir defending myself gets you a lollipop to suck on.

RamCare has lied consistently on here for over a year. Chris himself told me something on April 13th through a DM and it was a lie. When he was confronted on here, he claimed no one from his team said that, when I showed my screenshot of that conversation, that he did indeed sent me that DM, he edited his post. They have no control on anything, their only job on here is to have an appearance that stellantis care for you. I was lied to, and I take that personally, you can feel about it however you want.

Grow up, man. Take your little battle with Chris at RamCares to DMs. All you are doing is putting on a performative tantrum at this point. We don't all have to be a part of your drama. Some of us are on here to talk about RHOs and learn some new things.

Sometimes I wonder if this place even has moderators. I shouldn't be the post police here. I just felt I needed to speak up because no one else is.

Just curious, kinda related to this thread, in the app does it have a picture of an RHO or just the Ram head? Mine has the Ram head/badge, I thought it was supposed to display the vehicle associated to the account.

Ram head, they can’t even figure out the key much less vehicle specific app icons.

Just a thought. Go to Mopar.com and check the photo in your Garage. You can edit/replace that photo or refresh it. The App should be pulling that photo.
