if im not mistaken the update the TSB is talking about isnt a uconnect update right? its a SGW module update which isnt updatable ota? im sure someone else would have to chime in for sure though.
I thought the same as you, based on what people have said. I've been taking it as, if you have an oct25 build or later you need the dealer for the TSB. Anything after oct25 would be a downloadable update.
Either way, it's pathetic it is taking as long as it it. Fortunately I'm not too worried about it since I don't see myself using the feature, it would just be nice to have access to the option of using iti have my tsb appointment with the dealer on the 15th, if it does indeed work i just cant fathom why they havnt relayed this info to @RamCares so when people ask about it or call or w/e they can tell them about the TSB. of course maybe there is slightly more to it idk.I thought the same as you, based on what people have said. Do you have the digital key tile on the homepage of the app? Or just the digital glovebox? If you have the digital key tile, how you hold the phone relative to the charging pad is very important.
my iPhone gave me an error until I turned it off and on and then held the top of the phone to the charging pad not the back of the phone.

I emailed tim kuniskis. And nick cappa. Patrick Brady said he was assigned my email. His direct email [email protected]. Send your VIN as well. He emailed me back a few times, then eventually told me there was an update available for my VIN. Then I got an OTA update for Uconnect. Tile showed up shortly after. Paired my Samsung.
