Got ALL the TSBs based on the email thread that was started thanks to this thread (THANK YOU!). Now I wait... I let them know that it was updated and since nothing has shown up in the app, they have to pull some sort of lever on their end to get it working.

I’m in the same boat. Getting the TSB was a pain and took 3 visits and 2 replaced modules. Did your tile ever appear? Nothing for me yet.

I dropped my truck off at the dealership about 5 hours ago for the mentioned TSB update talked about here. the dealer applied the security gateway module update as the TSB said and they updated the BCM and another module but they are still getting some kind of error with loosing communication with the security gateway module. im going to leave my truck there for the night as they said they are raising the issue to star or something like that to figure out what they want to do.

So here's one for you all: when I picked up my truck, I didn't know anything about the phone as a digital key, or the physical digital key CARD that is supposed to come with the truck. After having the truck for a little bit, I find out about it and look for the key card...not in my truck. I contact my dealer, and they see it's in the sales manager's office...so they mail it to me. I receive it while out of town, and try it tonight. It works to lock the vehicle and to start it...but it also DISABLES the passive entry, the unlock feature on the APP, and the lock/unlock on the FOB.
The only way to get in the vehicle, is to use the physical key that is hidden in the FOB. Super...

So let me get this clear. Your physical key card with not UNLOCK your truck?

Correct...it will start the truck, but not unlock it.
The only way I can unlock the truck now is to use the physical key hidden in the FOB

Ok I just unlocked/started/relocked the truck with the key card. I'm going to let the truck rest for a minute and the. Go with the fob to see if passive entry and fob Work

Ok just went back out with the fob in hand. Grabbed the door handle and it unlocked,started the truck, and then fingered the door handle and it relocked. No issues at all

lucky you...looks like you've got a good one. mine is f***ed...and so is my truck now apparently
I might try disconnecting the battery overnight and seeing what happens...

Ok just went with the key card again. Unlocked door. With door open and truck off interior buttons worked. Started truck kept door open and buttons didn't work. Put truck in drive and buttons worked

You need to put it on the middle of the door handle on the driver side
