Got the OTA update took about 30 minutes and got the tile on the ram app right away.( didn't have to reinstall or do anything with the app)Works great so far. Thanks to Stellantis support.

Same boat. They finally got mine working. It took almost 5 dealership visits and finally they just came to my office yesterday. It’s working now and I am ecstatic. Flawless so far. Really enjoying not having a key in my pocket.

I contacted briana again as im still waiting for the next update which is supposed to be sop5.5 that does the final enabling. but either way she said its showing that my truck already updated to sop5.5 but yet all i ever received was sop3. but then says my truck hasnt reported/connected to the mothership since the 5th and asked if i was still driving the vehicle, this is weird as the app is definitely showing trips, and the unlock/lock works from app so the truck is definitely got communication. either way supposed to hear back from her tomorrow. i think no matter what unless i get a new software update tomorrow ill be stopping by the dealer on saturday to setup a new appointment and have them start looking into it, maybe get them to start just updating modules until it works

Finally bringing mine in to get a module replaced on Tuesday. Hopefully I’ll be good to go after that.

so i went and made an appointment. the man said they have already had multiple vehicles in to get the spaak working, says most of them have required replacing a module. but atleast that gives me hope that they will know what to do mostly since they have already dealt with a few of these...sad thing is they are booked until sep 9th. so ill be waiting awhile. maybe ill still receive something OTA instead before then but we will see.

Just got the OTA tonight when getting home. Reinstalled the App and it paired on my third try with my iPhone.

Same for me- update pushed through on my May 2026 build RHO, app updated within 5 minutes and the phone/watch paired after a few attempts.

Curious as to why many 2026s are receiving the update when we were initially told it'd be established for 2025s first after we submitted VIN information? Nothing but crickets since.

I'm in the same boat. I have a 2025 build. Sent info to @RamCares back in October, and they, Hannah, told me I was on the list. Fast forward to July 13th, I started emailing Patrick Brady. He was very responsive at first, but then it's been crickets, even after a couple of follow-ups. I love everything about my truck, but getting this feature has been incredibly frustrating. The rollout of this feature has been an absolute failure on Ram's part.

Same here. Patrick was very responsive the first couple emails and got me the TSB number my truck needed. Haven't been able to get a reply from him since. Been over a month and complete crickets. No response to any of the emails I sent over the last 2-3 weeks. Also no app updates and I've never had my truck notify me about an over the air update since I bought it 1 year and 23K miles ago. I've been pretty patient and friendly with this, but it's starting to get pretty old.

I still havent got a single update on my truck since bringing it home Jan 2025. I submitted my VIN when they wanted people to test it, and never heard anything and to be honest I dont even expect it to happen anymore.

Got an OTA update last week and another Wednesday night. Checked app yesterday morning, no tile. Deleted the app and reinstalled, no tile. A couple of hours later when checking the app, it updated and the tile showed up. Paired this morning on first attempt and seems to be working fine. I'll probably never use it though. Lol. 11/24 build.

Yeah I literally emailed Tim Kuniskis. Pat Brady answered and I got the tile in a month. Unfortunately with my Samsung Galaxy s25 +, the truck keeps waking up because it sees the digital key in my Samsung wallet. You have to combat this by turning off UWB connections and passive entry. Then turn those back on to get into the truck unless you want to tap the door and use the phone as a NFC. Its just stupid. I have the fob in my pocket and when im in the house, the fob sits in a Faraday bag. I also have start/stop on my Ram app and I carry the key card in my wallet when out of town. Lol. Digital key is a little gimmicky in my opinion. From what I've read it works a lot better with the iPhone. Just like fullscreen maps. Ram doesnt like Android. Lol

I am on Android and have zero issues with the digital key. Truck does not wake up on its own, the "key" always works. Only issue is a very slight delay in unlocking when touching the handle vs. the fob in my pocket. Like an extra second.

I finally got mine done at the dealer today. Tech had to work with someone at HQ to get it working. Phone pairs but only works like the card does with no proximity. I went through another post about deleting CarPlay, removing key, deleted app etc but still only works as nfc. Any other suggestions to make the proximity work because the way it is now it is easier to just use the card.

My truck is a 6/24/26 build, picked it up 7/24/26. OTA update appeared this evening when I pulled into the garage and I approved it to start. The tile appeared on my RAM app about an hour later, went out to the garage and paired it on the first try. Seems to work flawlessly but I can't see myself ever using it unless I'm out and lose the fob. Even then I tucked the card in my wallet just in case so seems more like a parlor trick to be honest.

Patrick helped me get mine added to the app. Just tried pairing it this evening and it paired fine first try. I have yet to see any OTA updates show up on my screen.

Got the update for my ‘26. Tried to set up the phone about a dozen times now. There was one time where the phone and watch added the key successfully, but uConnect said it failed and the app showed no keys paired (both the uConnect app and phone app). Removed the old key from the wallet, uninstalled/reinstalled the phone app, and tried a few more times - but no dice. Not a huge deal since it’s not a feature I really need. But I get everyone’s frustration now.
