This + there are no consequences or consumer protections anymore. The little guy can't compete in court and you can't return the product.

I don't even want this feature but I still hate being scammed, which is the only way to interpret this at this point.

I am actually surprised that they haven't silently removed the advertising on this and pretended like it never existed though like they did with the 98mph fiasco.

Key card is programmed in the truck under the doors&locks settings not in the app.

We know this is disappointing, but we wanted everyone to know we are still tracking this, and will continue to provide updates. We still have our tracker with your VINs ready once the launch phases begin next year.

I'd give you a laughing emoji, but it's wearing thin. Although I can live without it, it's the principle of the matter. It would be better for Tim K. to simply say "Look, we bit off more than we could chew. We're working on it and for all current owners we're giving you a free subscription for the app features." Otherwise, RAM is acting just like every other global corporation who cares more about headlines (e.g., NEW TRX that looks the same as the RHO!) than delivering quality. I love my RHO and it hasn't had any major issues, but the lack of attention to detail is discouraging.

Yep im right there with you. I don't even particularly want this feature and would likely never use it. I still paid for it.
