So it's a Magnaflow SPEQ system with a Mopar Direct logo on the tip??

That’s what I thought a while back, but then why the big stall on release date if you could already buy it from MF?
That’s what made me think something is different like maybe hopefully a tune.

I wish you were right about the tune. I find that extremely unlikely though. I don't think they'll ever give the RHO more power (especially with the TRX apparently coming back). Not to mention, it's already more powerful than its main competitor, the ecoboost Raptor.

That being said, I'd literally spend like 2k on a tune that netted even 50hp while retaining the warranty.

Not sure where to post this, but I was under the truck taking pics of the exhaust when I noticed a bracket near the transfer case that was stamped "TRX." I mean we all know the RHO is really just a rebadged TRX with a new engine, but I thought c'mon man, really, rub it in my face. LOL

I've encountered a half dozen parts marked the same way.

..it doesn't phase me a bit.

If wanted a TRX or Raptor R, I would have bought one...

My RHO still illicits the same smile, and "I freaking LOVE this truck!!" every time I see it...

Ram has zero reason to have every mold from the trx re-made just to say "rho". Millions and millions of dollars. Literally same exact truck chassis wise so they used the same molds as trx. Smart choice. They didnt know the rho would exist when molds were made in 2020 and why make new for 3 letters.

I happen to think when the TRX comes back out, people are going to appreciate the RHO a lot more. For example, I rarely hear anyone dissing the V6 Raptor anymore now that the Raptor R is out with the gigantic price jump. My gut tells me Ram's price difference is going to be about the same.

That's pretty f'ing nuts. I've been in this job for going on 15 years, as of October. I NEVER thought I'd include a sentence like that in one of my stories. Wild. And Ram approved the language.

Everything I have heard that Borla makes exhaust for sounds great. The exhaust they made for the SVT Ford Contour made that thing sound incredible!!
